Entre los informes que publican, destacan los documentos de nivel 1 (<em>Tier 1<\/em>): Cuadrantes M\u00e1gicos (<em>Magic Quadrants<\/em>), Gu\u00edas de Mercado (<em>Market Guides<\/em>) y los <em>Hype Cycles<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de estos documentos tienen un largo historial de publicaciones anuales, en las que Gartner ofrece siempre una versi\u00f3n actualizada del mismo informe. Para ello, los analistas de Gartner hablan continuamente con clientes y proveedores para ofrecer la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s objetiva sobre el sector en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, exist\u00eda la necesidad evidente de cubrir una tem\u00e1tica, la de la identidad digital, que hasta ahora hab\u00eda sido tratada de forma atomizada.
