The lack of financial infrastructure does not allow economic progress, as the financing mechanisms are far removed from the social reality and the grassroots economy.<\/p><p>The good news is that <strong>accelerated digitization<\/strong> (in the form of mobile communications and smartphones) is laying the rails for the banking system even earlier, in many cases, than the physical rails for the trains. This accelerated reality of digitization and access to financial services will abound in business creation, economic growth and wealth.<\/p><p>In countries with a very high level of financial inclusion, such as Spain, with 95% of the population having a bank account (according to the latest excellent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afi-research.es\/InfoR\/descargas\/2057884\/1832181\/Inclusion-Financiera-en-Espana.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report by the Spanish consultancy AFI<\/a>), there is, however, an opposing current of opinion regarding digitalization, about how it affects the elderly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b7b7f95 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b7b7f95\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4a84134\" data-id=\"4a84134\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38ff158 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38ff158\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Digitization of banking<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6a6c9c6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6a6c9c6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9d77f7d\" data-id=\"9d77f7d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a20e1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a20e1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The digitalization of Spanish banking (which has always been, and continues to be, at the forefront worldwide), where many of the services are derived from a <strong>digital self-service<\/strong>, making physical offices redundant, is affecting a part of the <strong>population less attuned<\/strong> to new technologies, or even being well trained at the time, <strong>with health problems<\/strong> (vision, Alzheimer&#8217;s, etc.) that prevent them from that fluid relationship with their financial institutions.<\/p><p>User experience, also designed for <strong>our seniors<\/strong>, should be necessary when developing technologies. The system even works with dialects of the language without adaptations. In the following interview we had with <strong>Cynthia M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, <strong>Director of Pension Management at BBVA Mexico<\/strong>, she explains how grateful customers are, that <strong>their lives are more accessible<\/strong>, and that, in short, they are being thought of. This technology has also been deployed in corporate facilities to manage the access of employees, visitors and also for logistics services, always with the guarantee of having technologies (hardware and software) developed entirely in Spain, accredited by the <strong>NIST<\/strong> in the USA, being among the best in the world in their <strong>performance<\/strong> and <strong>privacy<\/strong>, and its minimum bias by <strong>age, gender and race<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
